Dead Vector: Space Shooter

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-28

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Dmitrij Bučkovský, an independent developer based in the Czech Republic trading as Belligerator ("we", "us"), governing your use of the mobile game Dead Vector: Space Shooter (the "Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

The Game is intended for players aged 16 and over. By using it you confirm you are at least 16.

2. The Game and your account

The Game is a free-to-play arcade shooter. To save and sync your progress we create an account for you — initially anonymous, and optionally linked to a Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account and data at any time (see the Privacy Policy, "Deleting your account and data").

3. Virtual items and in-game currency

The Game includes virtual items and in-game currency (e.g. coins and crystals). These:

We offer optional in-app purchases — crystals, the "Remove Ads" upgrade, and music packs. Such purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store (and verified via RevenueCat) and are subject to their terms and to any additional in-Game terms shown at the time. We do not receive your payment-card details. Consumable items (crystals) are delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable once delivered; refunds are handled by the store according to its policy. Your statutory consumer rights (including withdrawal/refund rights where they apply) are unaffected.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: cheat, use unauthorised automation or modifications, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, tamper with or reverse-engineer the Game or its servers except where permitted by law, disrupt the service, or use the Game unlawfully. We use anti-cheat measures and may invalidate progress obtained by violating these Terms.

5. User content

If you set a nickname or choose an avatar, you must not use content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes others' rights. We may remove such content and/or suspend the account.

6. Intellectual property

The Game and all its content (code, art, audio, names, logos) are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game for your own entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Third-party services

The Game relies on third-party services (e.g. Google Firebase, Google and Apple sign-in, RevenueCat for purchase processing, and Google AdMob for ads). Your use of those features may be subject to the relevant third party's terms.

8. Advertising

The Game shows ads through Google AdMob. These are rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit (e.g. doubling a level's coin reward, or reviving after a defeat); if you do not watch, you simply do not receive that optional benefit. Where required (e.g. in the EEA/UK, and on iOS) ads are shown, and any advertising identifier is used, only in line with the consent choices described in our Privacy Policy. If you decline, we may still show non-personalized ads.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the Game and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

For consumers in the Czech Republic, the competent body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), adr.coi.cz.
